Patients who are too unwell to visit the surgery may request a home visit. Requests for home visits should be made before 09:30. The receptionist will ask for a brief description of your illness to assist the doctor.

Requests for emergency visits will be put through to the duty doctor. The doctor may telephone to assess your condition, and you may be asked to attend the surgery.
