PCN’s – Who we are and what we do?

We are Ivel Valley South Primary Care Network (PCN), an NHS service supporting four local surgeries:

• Dr Baxter and Partners (Shefford)
• Larksfield and Arlesey (Branch) Surgery (Stotfold)
• Drs Carragher, Neal and Akhtar (Lower Stondon)
• Flitwick Surgery (Flitwick)

Our team currently is made-up of a Clinical Director and PCN Manager, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician, Paramedic, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapist, Health Coaches and Care Coordinators; all working closely with your surgeries Doctors, Nurses, Practice Managers, and all their teams to support and develop personalised health and social care services.
