The first step is changing the clinical teams rota to enable patients a variety of ways to book appointments and increase on the day availability.
The next step is to increase on our work force by recruiting for more clinical and administrational roles to support the demand of the community.
Quality and improvement is very important to us as a practice and we intend on proving this to our patients.
