Accessibility
The surgery has been designed for wheelchair access with an intercom at the main entrance if assistance is required on entry.
Although there is a lift to the first floor, for fire safety reasons, we are required to see any patients in wheelchairs on the ground floor. When making an appointment, please inform the receptionist, as alternative arrangements may need to be made if your appointment would have been to see someone on the first floor.
There are designated parking spaces and toilet facilities for the disabled. If you have hearing difficulties or sight impairment, please inform the receptionist so that she may assist you.
